RF Transport Ministry published draft revision of Federal Targeted Programme “Development of Russia’s Transport System” in 2010 - 2020

RF Transport Ministry has published draft revision of Federal Targeted Programme “Development of Russia’s Transport System” (2010 - 2020). According to the federal portal for legal information, in the sector of inland water transport the draft document proides for financing of the project for construction of the Bagayevsky hydrosystem on the Don river – RUB 600 mln in 2016.

Besides, the resources for Renovation of the Service Fleet (construction and purchase) reduced in 2016 will be recovered in 2019-2020. The activity will thus be financed with RUB 16 bln 96.1 mln of federal money.

Subprogramme “Maritime Transport” provides for facilitation of the activities on construction of the passenger terminal at Pionersky (Kaliningrad Region) and the facilities of the Nevelskoy Maritime State University infrastructure with some other activities postponed for 2018-2019.

Moreover, the document provides for reduction of federal allocations for Reconstruction of Saint-Petersburg Seaway Canal. Access channel to Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex "Bronka". Water area of Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex "Bronka" by RUB 14.9 mln; Construction and reconstruction of federally owned facilities at he seaport of Murmansk by RUB 28 mln; Procurement of containerized diving system with diver’s set for diving to the depth of up to 120 meters by RUB 200 mln.
