Vadim Kashirin has been elected Director General of Passenger Port of Saint-PeteRSburg «Marine Façade» PLC, says press center of Marine Façade.

At the regular meeting of the Board of DirectoRS of "Passenger Port of St. PeteRSburg "Marine Façade" PLC held on April 7, 2016, the following decisions were taken:

Irina Babyuk, Chairman of the Committee of Investment of St. PeteRSburg, was elected the Chairman of the Board of DirectoRS; Alexey Kashuntsov was elected the Secretary of the Board of DirectoRS;
Besides, the meeting considered a preliminary report on implementation of the budget for 2015.The Company's net profit for 2015 amounted to RUB 68,635 thousand. Payment of  dividends to the budget of St. PeteRSburg is planned in the amount of not less than RUB 60 million.
The meeting of the Board of DirectoRS also considered information about the Company's preparation to cruise navigation in 2016.

Vadim Kashirin was born in 1959. Higher education – legal and technical. From 2010 till February 2016 – head of RF Interior Ministry&RSquo;s Transport Department for the North-West Federal District.

Passenger Port of Saint-PeteRSburg «Marine Façade» PLC is in the owneRShip of the city of St. PeteRSburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Façade was started in 2006 and completed in 2011. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 330 m long and with a draft of up to 8.8 m. The length and depth of new access channels - 10 km and 11 m, accordingly. The port operates seven pieRS. The quay-side length – 2,171.06 m.
