The decree on opening the navigation of small size vessels in the Bay of Peter the Great (Primorsky Territory) was signed by the Governor Vladimir Miklushevsky on April 12, 2016.
According to the press center of the region administration, navigation will open at inland water bodies of the region when flood water recedes.
