Draft law on revocation of water transport licensing submitted to State Duma of Russia

Draft law on revocation of water transport licensing has been submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, According to the lower chamber of RF Parliament, the revocation of licensing will decreased the number of nonscheduled projects, reduce nonproductive demurrage time, prevent overlapping of control functions, cut the federal budget costs.
