The Board of Nordic American Tankers Limited has declared a cash dividend of $0.43 per share to shareholders

The Board of Nordic American Tankers Limited has declared a cash dividend of $0.43 per share to shareholders of record May 12, 2016. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about May 27, 2016.

The first NAT quarterly dividend payment was in the autumn of 1997.

The 1Q2016 earnings report is expected to be released Monday May 9, 2016 before NYSE opening.
