ZIM launches new mobile application for customers

ZIM has launched its new mobile application for Android and iOS, the Izrael's shipping company said in a press release. The applications have been active and available for free download on App Store and Google Play.

The ZIM mobile application enables an easy, intuitive access to the main functions of ZIM web site, including Cargo Track & Trace, Find Your Route, Vessels Schedule, Find Local Contacts and Marketing Announcements. It allows customers to easily perform their daily tasks using mobile devices. The application offers additional features such as saved search results for future use, results sharing, and more.

Dudi Avni, ZIM Customer Service VP, said: “We are excited to launch our new mobile ZIM application, which I’m sure will be highly useful for our customers. We will keep on expanding our mobile solutions as part our efforts to provide customers with advanced tools designed to enhance customer experience and ease of doing business with ZIM."
