CMA CGM has announced the following Rate Restoration:
Effective September 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
From North Europe/UK/Scandinavia/Baltic
To India/Pakistan/Sri Lanka
+ USD 300 per 20' dry
+ USD 500 per 40' dry
