Baltic Customs’ e-declaration center operates without limitation from September 1, 2016, says press center of the Baltic Customs.
According to the order of Russia’s Federal Customs Service dated August 30, 2016 (No 1666) “On invalidation of FCS order No 1496 as of August 30, 2016”, customs point (e-declaration center) of the Baltic Customs carries out its activities approved by FCS order No 1701 as of September 4, 2014 without any limitations.
According to earlier reports, customs point (e-declaration center) of the Baltic Customs is operational at MSCC Bronka (Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex Bronka, Big Port St. Petersburg) from August 1.
The competence of the new customs point (e-declaration center) was limited from August 4, 2016.
