RF Government has issued a Decree on “Seaport” portal. According to the document dated September 19, 2016 (No 1981-r) state control authorities are assigned to ensure the use of “Seaport” portal developed by the Federal Customs Service of Russia. Seaport authorities are assigned to use the portal for standard organisation of state border crossing.
“Seaport” portal is based on a ‘one-stop-shop’ principle. Its purpose is to ensure information exchange between all participants of shipping process.
