Murmansk Region Governor will head the delegation to the VI International Forum «Arctic: the Present and the Future»

The delegation of the Murmansk Region at the VI International Forum «Arctic: the Present and the Future» organized by the Association of Polar Explorers will be headed by Governor Marina Kovtun, say the organizers. The event will take place in Saint-Petersburg on December 5-9, 2016. 

The report of the Governor slated for the second plenary session will be dedicated to the prospects of the Kola anchor zone development. The reports of other representatives of the Murmansk Region authorities will focus on different aspects of work in the Arctic zone of the region. 

The exposition of the Forum will present the achievements in the sphere of Arctic technologies.
