In 2017, financing of Russia’s inland water ways will be increased by 30%, year-on-year, IAA PortNews correspondent cites Igor Zlobin, head of IWW Department of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot), as saying at Heavy Russia conference in Moscow.
