Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) has signed a frame agreement with Saipem (Portugal) Comercio Maritime (Saipem) for the CSV “Normand Cutter”, the company said in its press release.
The frame agreement is valid for 4 years.
Through this agreement, Saipem can utilize the “Normand Cutter” to support their subsea construction activities worldwide at pre-agreed commercial terms.
As part of the agreement, Saipem has declared a utilization of approximately 6 months from June 2017 for the “Normand Cutter” on a project in West Africa.
