The document determines strategic goals and key performance indicators of FSUE “Rosmorport”, forecast cargo transshipment in the seaports in the perspective of 2020 and in the long run of 2030. The program also determines the need for harbor capacities and assesses investment projects with the enterprise's involvement according to the method “costs-benefits” and their ranking.

In accordance with the approved long-term program cargo tonnage of the Russian seaports should increase from 722 million tons in 2016 to 880 million tons by 2020 and exceed 1.000 million tons by 2030.
