Russian Railways says the loading of Russia’s export cargo bound for domestic ports grew by 6.2% Y-o-Y to 241.2 mln t in 10M’17.
In particular, coal loading grew by 10.4%, mineral fertilizers - by 10.3%, grain – by 56.3%, paper – by 7.5%, coke – by 63.8%.
Coal accounts for 48% of exports, oil – for 27%, ferrous metal – for 8%, fertilizers – for 7%, grain – for 3%.
In October, loading of Russia’s export cargo bound for domestic ports exceeded 25 mln t (+8.9%, year-on-year) including 11 mln t for the North-West Region (+11.7%), 6.3 mln t of cargo for southern ports (+9.4%) and 8.1 mln t of cargo for the ports of Russia’s Far East (+5.2%).
