NCC conducts yet another groundbreaking ceremony at the Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park
NCC has conducted yet another groundbreaking ceremony for a further storage and logistics project at the Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park. The 6,800 sq m property is about to be sold to Eliasson & Lund Mekaniska Verkstads AB, Port of Gothenburg said in its press release.
In the NCC part of the Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park, Brandon and Thermofischer will acquire new neighbours in 2018 in the form of Eliasson & Lund Mekaniska Verkstads AB.
Construction of this new storage and logistics property has already started. Completion of construction and commencement of operations are scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.
The Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park has one million square metres of land that can be developed. Eliasson & Lund is about to lay claim to 6,800 square metres.
NCC has previously completed one logistics building at the Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Brandon as tenants. NCC has more than 220,000 square metres of land at the Port of Gothenburg Logistics Park.
