  Average indicative bunker prices are flat week-on- week at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam are flat due to Christmas celebrations in Europe.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $320 pmt.

  Average price of MGO - $558 pmt.

  Average price of ULSFO - $520 pmt.

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $310 pmt and $325 pmt, ULSFO – between $515 and $525 pmt.
