EBRD (European Bank of Reconstruction and Development ) will analyze the possibility of providing USD 96 million corporate loan for the RF Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport” incorporated in 2003 by the RF Ministry of Transport to manage and develop port infrastructure on behalf of the State, RZD-Partner reports.
The proposed project is intended to finance upgrading of auxiliary fleet and refinance the short-term debt.
Total project is estimated at USD 150 million.
The final decision will be taken on 17 April 2007.
