CMA CGM announces FAK rates from North Europe to Latin America and the Caribbean

CMA CGM has announced Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from October 1st, 2018 until further notice:

These new rates include an increase of EUR 150 per TEU compared to previous announcement to the Caribbean, Central America, ECSA and WCSA.
