The Russian Navy’s Pacific Fleet has successfully conducted drills for crew members of the Slava-class guided missile cruiser Varyag, anti-submarine destroyer Admiral Panteleev and fleet replenishment oiler Boris Butoma, to test the survivability of naval ship, the MoD of Russia press office said.
A naval group of ships of the Pacific Fleet set out for a long voyage on October 1, 2018. The main purpose of the mission was the demonstration of the flag of St. Andrew in the Asia-Pacific Region and the further development of naval cooperation with the countries of the APR.
