On the afternoon of 3rd April, Mr. Sergey Frank, General Director of Sovcomflot and a delegation led by representative of Chairman of the Management Board and first deputy Chairman of the Management Board Mr. Lev Feodosyev visited COSCO SHIPPING headquarters.
