Hapag Lloyd to withdraw Winter Surcharge to/from Russia from May 1, 2019

Hapag Lloyd will withdraw the current Winter Surcharge (WSU) applicable to all import and export shipments to/from Russia, with effect from May 1, 2019, the company said in its release.
