  Bunker prices continue going down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Oil prices are going up in the beginning of the week amid anticipation of escalation in the Middle East.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at the port of St. Petersburg are as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $355 pmt (-$15).

  Average price of MGO - $555 pmt (-$25).  

  Average price of ULSFO - $510 pmt (-$5). 

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $350 and $365 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam fell by $6 on the average.

  The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
