Average wholesale prices for М-100 HFO down to RUB 13,888 in RF spot market

Between September 30 and October 4, 2019, average wholesale prices for heavy fuel oil М-100 in the spot market of the Russian Federation fell by RUB 828 against the previous week to RUB 13,888 per tonne, PortNews IAA learnt from the review provided by Refinitiv.

The price for fuel oil in the North West federal district remained flat at RUB 17,250 per tonne, in the Central district – fell by RUB 20 to RUB 12,360, in the Volga federal district – fell by RUB 594 to RUB 11,396, in the Southern federal district remained flat at RUB 17,450, in the Siberian federal district – fell by RUB 2,433 to RUB 15,717, in the Far East federal district fell by RUB 1,730 to RUB 23,510.
