Aleksey Rykovanov appointed as General Director of Murmansk Commercial Seaport
Aleksey Rykovanov has been appointed as General Director of Murmansk Commercial seaport (MCS JSC) by the decision of the company’s highest management body, the stevedoring company told IAA PortNews.
From February 2014, Aleksey Rykovanov was holding a post of Deputy General Director for Capital Construction – Development Director of MCS.
According to open sources, Aleksey Rykovanov is a graduate of Siberian State Industrial University with specialization in Industrial and Civil Construction. Aleksey Rykovanov had a further training under a programme of additional professional education “Finances, Money Circulation and Credit and had an educational course “Management in Innovation Sector”. From 2004, Aleksey Rykovanov was holding a post of Deputy General Director for Capital Construction of Trade Port “Posiet” JSC. In 2009, he was appointed as Mananging Director of Mechel-Engineering LLC Dalvosniiproektugol JSC. Between 2011 and 2014 - Director of Dalvosniiproekt, subsidiary of Mechel-Engineering LLC.
Aleksandr Masko, General Director of Murmansk Commercial seaport over the recent 7 years is leaving for SUEK JSC, where he will be engaged in development of port assets in the interest of SUEK as the company’s Deputy Director for Logistics – Head of Port Assets Management.
Murmansk Commercial Seaport (MMTP JSC) was founded in 1994. MMTP operates 17 berths with total length of about 3 km. The waters depths allow the port accommodate vessels with draft of up to 15.5 m and length of over 265 m.
