Delo Group sells non-controlling share in Management Company “Delo” to Atomenergoprom (ROSATOM)

Delo Group says it is closing on a sale of the non-controlling share in Management Company “Delo” to JSC “Atomenergoprom” (ROSATOM).

Delo Group is one of the largest transportation and logistics holdings in Russia with port assets in the Azov-Black Sea, Baltic and Far Eastern basins, as well as rail and multimodal operator of containerized cargo. The port assets of Delo Group are comprised of the stevedore holding DeloPorts, the multimodal transport operator Ruscon and the leading operator of Russian container terminals Global Ports.

On November 27, 2019, Delo-Center LLC, a part of Delo Group, won the auction on acquisition of 50% plus two shares of PJSC “TransContainer” – the largest container operator in Russia.
