Russia and Japan will discuss the development of the Sakhalin-2 project during talks on Wednesday, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov told a press conference in Tokyo today, RBC reports. He pointed out that Gazprom's acquisition of a 50-percent stake plus one share in the project's operator Sakhalin Energy would mean that the energy holding would deal with all matters and that the project was likely to be successful.
