Russian refineries plan to produce 15.45 million tons of heavy fuel oil in the forth quarter of 2006
According to the oil balance approved by the order of Viktor Khristenko, Russia’s industry and energy minister, Russian refineries plan to produce in the forth quarter of 2006 8.6 million tons of motor gasoline, 16.55 million tons of diesel fuel, 15.45 million tons of furnace oil and 2.15 million tons of jet propulsion fuel. This information has been provided by Finmarket. Domestic consumption is planned to be as follows: motor gasoline – 7.12 million tons, diesel fuel – 7.4 million tons, furnace oil – 7.6 million tons and jet propulsion fuel – 1.76 million tons. Supply outside Russia’s customs territory is planned to be as follows: 1.41 million tons of motor gasoline, 9.0 million tons of diesel fuel, 8.0 million tons of furnace oil and 0.45 million tons of jet propulsion fuel.
