Net profit of Khabarovsk refinery totals 11.6 million in 3Q06
Net profit of Khabarovsk refinery grew in the third quarter 2006 by 1.4 times against quarter 2 result owing to increased difference in exchange rates caused by revaluation of currency credits. It totaled 11.573 million rubles, IA REGNUM reports.
Khabarovsk refinery is major manufacturer of motor fuel and heavy fuel oil in the Far East region. The refinery’s throughput is 4.7 million tons of oil per year. Khabarovsk refinery produces petrol, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, bunker fuel and heating oil, petroleum bitumen for roads, roofing and construction, liquefied household fuel gas, liquid carbon dioxide and dry ice. It supplies the products to Khabarovs, Primorsk and Amur regions as well as to the northern parts of the country. Currently the refinery is implementing a modernization program scheduled by 2010. The program implies reconstruction of existing facilities and construction of new units. 49.05% of the company’s authorized capital belong to Aliance oil company (member of Aliance Group), 15.58% - to Megapolis company.
