In January-March, 2008, Ukrtransneft OJSC (Kiev) operating Ukraine’s oil pipelines decreased oil transportation by 23.9%, year-on-year, to 9.886 million tonnes, Ukrainian Energy Ministry reports according to RBC. Oil transit to Slovakia, Hungry and Czech Republic fell by 16.7% to 8.485 million tonnes. Oil deliveries for Ukrainian refineries fell by 50% to 1.401 million tonnes.
