Putin appoints Yakunin Russian Railways president

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has reappointed Vladimir Yakunin as president of the on joint stock company Russian Railways, the government press service said on Monday according to Itar-Tass.

Yakunin was president of the company since June 2005.
