Latvia has real prospects to become a region for handling and transshipment of containerized cargo transiting Russia from China, Korea and APR states westwards, RZD-Partner cites Georg Lansmanis, Advisor to Latvia’s Minister of Communications, as saying at TransBaltica-2008 Conference.
