Kingisep oil refinery to provide oil storage facilities to SPbMTSB

Kingisep oil refinery Company (KNHK, Leningrad region) that has been constructing an enterprise for about five years forwarded an offer on use of reserve tank of oil storage (up to three mln tons capacity) (in Ust-Luga port) and oil products warehouse in railway station Sala to within the complex construction project to Sergey Maslov, Head of St.-Petersburg International Raw-materials exchange (SPbMTSB), informed RbcDaily.

SPbMTSB explained they received a letter from Kingisep NHK, but there is no decision taken to the date. An oil refinery complex has not been built yet and ‘we work with actual goods’.


Kingisep NHK capacity amounts to 12 mln tons annually. An assumed point of connection to the pipeline system BTS-2 is an oil receiving and delivery point in Ust-Luga. Design and construction will be carried out estimated $8 bln will be carried out at the expense of foreign loans.
