Russian oil and petroleum products export via Primorsk port up by 5.5%, Jan.-Oct. 2009

Export of Russian oil and petroleum products via port of Primorsk went up by 5.5% (to 65.87 mln tons) in January-October, 2009, Petr Parinov, Captain of the Big port of St.-Petersburg (port of Primorsk is under the latter’s responsibility), explained PortNews IAA in the interview.

Commercial seaport of Primorsk is the largest port exporting oil and petroleum products in the North-West region of Russia.  Cargo turnover of the port amounted to 75, 581.9 tons of oil and diesel fuel in 2008.
