The State Property Fund of the Ukraine (FGIU) put for sale the whole property complex of the state shipping company Commercial fleet of the Ukraine (Odessa). Starting price of the complex amounts to 22.569 mln hryvnas ($2.8 mln).
The company owns an office premise of 280.1m2, 3 motorships, 1 tow-vessel and 2 cars. The buyer shall preserve the field of economic activity for further 5 years, carry out repair and modernization of main assets in 2010-2012 for the amount of 7 mln hryvnas – the conditions stipulated in the tender documentation, stated Transport business. The tender shall take place December 15, 2009.
