Lukoil wants oil pipeline tariffs reduced

Lukoil has requested that the government reduce rates for oil transportation on Transneft pipeline system, Interfax  cites Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov according RZD-Partner.
The request was prompted by declining oil prices, Alekperov said.
Lukoil also wants rates for rail transportation reduced.
The reductions "will enable us to preserve oil production volumes," he said.
