New appointment at Rosmorport’s Murmansk branch

Vladimir Parkhomenko was appointed Deputy Director of Development Department of Rosmorport’s Murmansk branch.
The new office was established on 30 November 2010 due to production needs, the state-run company’s press service said.

Vladimir Parkhomenko was born on June 30, 1953 in the village of Pervaya Vorobevka of Zolotukhinsky district of the Kursk Region. In 1972 he graduated from the Leningrad Maritime School of the Ministry of the Navy majoring in marine navigation. In 1990 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Marine Engineering College of Adm. Makarov, majoring in “Navigation on the sea lanes” as an engineer and skipper. He began his career in 1973.

From February 2005 to February 2008 Mr. Parkhomenko he hold office of chief of security of navigation, the Deputy Director of the Safety of Navigation Department of Murmansk Shipping Company. From February 2008 to November 2010 he was holding different offices at FGU AMP Murmansk. In December 2010 he was appointed Deputy Director of Development Department of the Murmansk branch of Rosmorport.
