By another decree, the president of Ukraine appointed Borys Kolesnikov Vice-Premier and Infrastructure Minister. The former Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine Konstantin Efimenko stepped down.
Earlier, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said there will be in the course of administrative reform in Ukraine, a reduction of committees, departments and state officials. On October 28 this year, the European Commission agreed to finance the administrative reform in Ukraine. As a result of the project in 2011-2013 €70 million are expected to be channeled to the country’s state budget.
