Chilean ports’ closure over Christmas holidays

Several ports of Chile will stop operating due to upcoming Christmas vocations. According to the information of agent companies, many port’s terminals of the country cease handling operations from 3:00 pm (Local Time) on December 24.
 
The port of Valparaiso closes at 3:30pm (LT) on December 24 and resumes operations at the same time the next day. Some ports, including Arica and Iquique will be closed from 7:00pm on Dec. 24 and will start working at 3:30pm on Dec. 25. One of the largest Chilean ports Punta Arenas goes on vacation on December 24 from 3:30pm to 3:30pm the next day. The port of Las Ventanas will be closed from 4:00pm, Dec. 24 till 8:00am, Dec. 26.

At the same time, a number of terminals at the ports of Chile will be operating throughout the holidays without stoppage: Michilla, GNL Mejillones, Compap Terminal, Caleta Colosa, Caldera, Chanaral, Guacolda II, Guayacan + Copec, GNL Quintero, Multibuoy, Monobuoy, LPG Terminal, Barge, El Bato, Huachipato, Penco, Jureles, Puchoco , Oxiquim, Abastible, Enap Terminal, Corral, Calbuco, Puerto Montt.
