Azerbaijan, Iran sign MoU on the Caspian water resources management

Azerbaijan and Iran have signed two Memorandums of Understanding on cooperation in the management water resources of the Caspian Sea, RBC reports.

 

The agreements were signed during a five-day visit to Baku by Mohammad Riyahi, the head of the Iranian Water Research Institute and the head of Iran's Caspian Sea National Research Center Homayoun Khoshravan.

Earlier this year, Tehran and Baku have inked several economic and trade cooperation agreements, the report said.
