Marc Brenneiser was appointed STS Logistics’ President and CEO, effective from May 11, 2011, the company's press release said.
Marc Brenneiser was born in Germany. Marc Brenneiser graduated with a Ìaster’s degree with honors in Economics from the University of Cologne. Before joining the industry he spent another 5 years being an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Cologne. Before joining Rolf Group, Marc was the COO of Advisory Services CEE/CIS, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and the COO of Beiersdorf CIS. Over the past 3 years Mr. Brenneiser was CEO of Rolf SCS Logistics.
The appointment will strengthen the position of the logistics operator in Russia and CIS countries, the STS Logistics Board Chairman Kirill Vlasov said.
Former head of STS Logistics Rustam Yuldashev will be working on forming a subsidiary company - STS Global. The new logistics business will focus on the Asian region and China. Mr. Rustam Yuldashev will manage the new company’s operations on the Asian market. Besides, Rustam Yuldashev takes over as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of STS Logistics.
Moscow-headquartered STS Logistics was formed by the merger of STS Logistics and RLS in 2009. The company specializes in deliveries by air, sea, rail, road and multimodal transport of all types of cargo both in Russia, the CIS countries and worldwide.
