Murmansk Shipping Company (MSC) running the fleet upgrade program plans to purchase in 2012-2013 four bulk carriers through its own funds, the MSC press service said. The shipping company will order 2 vessels with capacity of 75,000 tons, and 2 - 35,000 tons.

The holding’s fleet comprises more than 300 vessels of total deadweight of about 2 million tons. The main shareholders of the group are Arctic Technology (62,7%) and the Russian Government.
