Singapore-listed Tiong Woon has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia as it seeks to expand its maritime services operations, Seatrade Asia online reports. The Malaysian subsidiary Tiong Woon Oasis will chiefly engaged in the business of carrying out repair of ships, tankers and other ocean-going vessels, lifting and heavy haulage, up-slipping/launching of ship, salvage and trading related businesses. Tiong Woon has a fleet of more than 300 units of heavy lift and haulage equipment including tug boats and barges.
