State-owned shares of JSC Taganrog Commercial Seaport were purchased today at an open auction by LLC Greifer (a unit of Universal Cargo Logistics Holding), UCL said Tuesday.
Greifer acquired 25.5% of authorized stock (34% of common stock) of TCSP for RUB 72 245 000 (suggested opening bid - RUB 60 245 000).
OJSC Taganrog Commercial Seaport, part of an UCL Holding, is the major stevedoring company operating at the southern port of Taganrog. TCSP operates berths Number: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8. In 2010, TCPS handled more than 1.3 million tons of different cargo, 315 000 tons of oil products and 14000 TEUs of containerized cargo.
