The government of Latvia yesterday replaced the Finance Ministry's representative Edmunds Krastins (People's Party) on the Riga Port's board with Riga City Council Deputy Eriks Skapars (New Era).
As reported, Krastins submitted a letter of resignation from the port's board on July 2, after Riga Deputy MayorAinars Slesers (Latvia's First Party/Latvia's Way) was voted in as the board's chairman, informs LETA according to The Baltic Course.
