Höegh LNG announces resignation of director
Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. hereby notifies that Jon Erik Reinhardsen has resigned as a director of the Company. Nomination of a new director will be announced in due course, the company said in its press release.
Morten W. Høegh, Chairman of the Company, said in a statement: "We are grateful for Jon Erik Reinhardsen's valuable contribution to the Company and the Board since he joined the Board in 2006, and in particular for his chairmanship of the Governance and Compensation Committee."
