 From Europe, Mediterranean and Red Sea: EUR 290/20' - EUR 360/40'
 From UK: GBP 230/20' - GBP 290/40'
 From South America: USD 400/20' - USD 500/40'
 From India/Middle East Gulf: USD 400/20' - USD 500/40'
 From Asia: USD 400/20' - USD 500/40'
