Bugrinsky Bridge across the Ob River has been opened in Novosibirsk, Kremlin press center says. While on a working trip to Novosibirsk, Vladimir Putin attended the opening of the bridge.
The newly built Bugrinsky Bridge measuring 2.1 kilometres in length (5.5 kilometres counting the approach roads) will form part of the high-speed Southwest Bypass motorway at Novosibirsk and link the Baikal and Chuisky Trakt federal motorways.
The bridge features the world’s biggest arch at 380 metres, the statement says.
