Fincantieri appoints a new chief financial officer

Fincantieri S.p.A. announces that, pursuant the Company’s Board of Directors resolution, effective from today, Mr. Giuseppe Dado becomes Chief Financial Officer of the Company ending the interim role undertaken by Mr. Vitaliano Pappaianni, Corporate General Manager of Fincantieri, on 1 October 2014, the company said in its press release.

Mr. Dado, in Fincantieri since 2005, served as Vice President of Group Treasury and Corporate Finance since 2008 and his appointment as Chief Financial Officer confirms the Company’s strategy continuity.
