Igor Titov has been appointed Director General of United Transport Directorate, press center of UTD says. The decision was taken earlier by the Supervisory Board.

Igor Titov is an Actual State Councilor of Saint-Petersburg, 1^st class. He is a Candidate of economic sciences.

Earlier Igor Titov held the position of Director General at the Open Joint-Stock company "Scientific and Research Institute of Motor Transport (NIIAT).
