Perdana Neptune Limited sells offshore support vessel to Hauston Limited

Perdana Petroleum Berhad announces, that its wholly-owned subsidiary PNL had on 28 October 2014 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to dispose of one unit of offshore support vessel to Hauston Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands for the total consideration USD28.5 million or approximately RM93.5 million.
